Online Submission
Paper submission deadline has been extended to March 6, 2006 .
The following instructions for submissions must be followed for any contribution sent. Please read them carefully and use the Electronic Submission System to submit your paper.

Important notes:
- The entire paper submission and review process is electronic.
- We will only accept papers in Word or PDF format.
- Please ensure that you embed all non-standard fonts. You should test your file with the Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or later.
- Please do not put page numbering in your paper.
After submitting your paper, you may log into the submission URL and make changes in the title, authors, etc. without informing the conference.
Submission process
Paper submission deadline has been extended to March 6, 2006
- Prepare a paper according to the Author Instructions for ICEC2006 Papers .
- Have your document in a Word or postscript display format (pdf).
- Make sure your document prints satisfactorily on 8.5 inch by 11 inch paper. This is especially important for submissions from countries where A4 paper is standard.
- Papers must be no more than 12 pages (long papers) and 5 pages (short papers).
- Create an author account, login and submit your paper online.
- You can resubmit your paper at any time up to the submission deadline. Please use the same filename for the attached word or PDF file for each resubmission. We will treat the last submission received before the deadline as your final paper submission.
- Once the paper goes through the review process and is accepted for the inclusion in the ICEC2006 proceedings, the authors will be notified about the final steps of submitting the camera-ready papers and the copyright forms.

Final camera ready papers should be submitted through the online submission system in Witan Web following submission instructions. Please use the same file name as for the original submission. We will treat the last submission received as your final camera ready paper submission for publication.
